Waves for early this morning were in the shin to knee high range with maybe a few bigger set waves very early but waves have dropped off fast and are in the shin high range an under with very poor conditions for surfing. Today we will see mostly cloudy skies with a few peeks of sun going into this afternoon and winds will stay light to moderate out of the SSE an our outside air temp's will push up into the mid to upper 70's. Tonight we will see partly cloudy skies with our outside air temperatures dropping down into the upper 60's and winds will be light out of the SSW. Sunday look for a very sunny day in store with just light winds out of the ENE and our outside air temperatures at Racine beaches will push up into the upper 70's. Sunday night August the 1st look for light winds mainly out of the SE and we will see mainly clear skies with maybe a few passing clouds and our night time low air temperatures will drop down into the upper 60's. The sunrise was this morning at 5:41 a.m an the sun will set tonight at Racine beaches at 8:13 p.m. The water surface temperatures off of Racine County beaches on Lake Michigan are at a warm 66 degrees. Well there were little waves for this morning with winds an waves out of the SE an SSE but conditions for surfing were still on the poor side with just weak an very small waves. Sunday has really been downgraded as of now to and it looks like waves heights for Sunday will be in the shin high range and under. Well you never know this time of year as far as waves go but it can only get better going into this next few months so hang in there. Still very small to flat for the next several day's but keep checking in for new updates and have a great weekend. Another wave from last weekends small surf here in the Racine County area, looks super fun right about now.

Saturday morning we could see some small waves up to about the knee to thigh high range with winds and waves out of the SSE an south but surfing conditions will still be on the poor side. Sunday morning we could see a repeat from last Sunday's little waves out of the NNE and north with once again we will see wave heights in the knee to thigh high range. Lets really hope everything comes together some we can get out and catch a few longboardable waves and enjoy the nice water temperatures here in the Racine area. Have a great Friday and check for Saturday's No Salt Surfcast. Will Wall on a small longboardable wave from this last Sunday's waves.
