Good late Monday morning, this is Burton with your surf update for Racine County beaches effective on July the 20th 2009 at 11:58 am. Winds are light to moderate out of the ESE this morning with the outside air temperature at 69 degrees under partly cloudy Wisconsin skies. Waves are only in the shin high range an under with very poor conditions for surfing out on Lake Michigan here in the Racine area. A nice summer day in store with our high air temp's only pushing up in the low comfortable 70's with mainly partly cloudy skies at Racine beaches. Winds will stay on the light to moderate side for today out of the ESE and southeast for today. The low for tonight will be around 63 degrees an winds will stay light out of the southeast with partly cloudy skies. The sunrise this morning was at 5:31 a.m and  the sun will set tonight at 8:23 p.m.  Water surface temperatures off of Racine beaches on Lake Michigan are holding right at 64 degrees. Unfortunately the same ole story for waves for the next several days here in Racine with waves staying on the very flat an poor side. Have a good Monday an check for Tuesdays No Salt Surf update for Racine beaches.
