Good middle of the week, this is Burt with your surf report for Racine County beaches effective on April the 29th 2009 at 12:04 p.m. East winds at 12 mph with the outside air temperature at 47 degrees under cloudy skies. Waves are very poor for this morning and for today with just light to moderate winds out of the east and wave heights will stay under knee high at Racine beaches. Today we will see mainly cloudy conditions along with our high air temp's pushing up into the low 50's. ESE winds will be on the light side for this evening with a low around 49 degrees and still cloudy conditions will prevail at Racine beaches. 5:47 a.m was the sunrise and the sun will set tonight at 7:49 p.m. Water surface temperature's off of Racine County beaches are still at a cold 42 degrees but are slowly rising.  Well not much going on for any kind of ridable waves for the Racine area for the next several day's, all we can do is hope this changes. Have a good Wednesday and check for Thursday's surfcast. This is my favorite picture from last Mondays surf in the U.P. U.P Pipeline Dream.
