Sunday's Solid No Salt Surfcast For Racine County Beaches!

Good snowy Sunday, this is Burton with your surf report for Racine County beaches effective at 8:25 a.m on March the 29th 2009. North winds at 20 mph with gusts to 32 mph with the outside air temperature at 30 degrees under cloudy and snowy conditions for Racine beaches. Waves are in the chest to head high range at mainly all of Racine beaches with the standout spots pushing into the double overhead range with good to excellent conditions for surfing out on Lake Michigan. Get on it for this morning with some very fun waves to be had here in the Racine area, waves will be fading into the late afternoon hours. Today we will see our high air temp's only push up into the low to mid 30's with the snow tapering off into the noon hour with sun filling in for the rest of the afternoon. Winds will stay on the moderate to strong side out of the NNW. Tonight we will see mainly clear skies and a cold low air temperature around 21 degrees with winds moderate out of the northwest. The sunrise this morning was at 6:37 a.m and the sun will set tonight at 7:14 p.m. Water surface temperature's off of Racine beaches are at a cold 38 degrees so wear the right gear for today when venturing out for a surf. Some ideal conditions for surfing here in the Racine area and this is about as good as it gets so get out there and surf with some excellent conditions at certain spots.
