Tuesday's No Salt Surf Update For Racine County!

This is Burton with your 9:33 a.m surf report for the Racine County area recorded on Tuesday November the 18th 2008. NW winds at 10 mph with the outside air temp at 25 degrees with the wind chill at a cold 14 degrees under mainly sunny skies with only a few clouds over the lake. Waves heights this morning at the top standout spots were up to the shoulder high range but will be dropping throughout the morning hours with waves out of the NW. Conditions for surfing on Lake Michigan for this morning are in the fair to good range with some long lefts to be had with some clean and glassy conditions. Today we will see a lot more sun with a few passing clouds and a cold high air temperature in the low 30's. Light winds for today will stay out of the northwest and then for tonight look for the winds to switch more out of the SSW and the winds will be on the moderate side. Also for tonight look for mostly cloudy conditions with a low air temp right at 25 degrees. The sun rise this morning was at 6:47 a.m and the sun will set tonight at an early 4:25 p.m. Water surface temps off of Racine beaches are right around a cold 49 degrees. Some fun waves for today out of the NW and then going into Wednesday November the 19th look for some small little waves out of the SSW and SW. Then going into Thursday we will see more fun waves with some good conditions for surfing with winds and waves out of the NW. Have a great Tuesday and stay warm out there.
