This is Burton with your No Salt surf update for Racine County beaches recorded on Tuesday the 22nd 2008 at 11:54 a.m. Winds are out of the NNE at 13 mph with the outside air temperature at 72 degrees under mostly cloudy Wisconsin skies. Waves are in the shin to knee high range for this morning with our top standout spots up to thigh high on the set waves with a few little waves out there  but overall poor conditions for surfing. Moderate NNE winds will be on tap for most of the day with our high air temp right around 73 degrees with a slight chance for an afternoon thunderstorm with some light to moderate rain. Tonight look for partly cloudy conditions with still a slight chance of some rain and still moderate winds out of the NNE and north with a low air temp right around 60 degrees. Maybe a tad bigger for this afternoon at the top spots here in Racine County with winds increasing even a little more out of the NNE.  Wednesday morning we might have some leftovers from the north but we will have to see in the early morning, the sun will set at 8:21 this evening and the sun will rise at 5:34 for Wednesday morning. Have a great Tuesday and check for a early surfcast for Wednesday morning.
