Good afternoon, this is Burt with your Racine County surfcast effective for Tuesday May the 13th 2008 recorded at 1:35 p.m. Waves have increased for this afternoon more than expected with wave heights in the knee to waist high range out of the SSE with fair conditions for surfing out there at certain beach breaks.
