This is Burton with your No Salt Surf update for Racine County recorded at 10:17 a.m April the 29th 2008. Winds are pretty cool out of the northeast at 11 mph for this morning with the outside air temp at 40 degrees under partly cloudy Wisconsin skies. A little bigger last night then expected before the sun set with some fun waves at some of our sheltered spots for Racine County beaches with some chest high waves with even a few bigger set waves. This morning we do have some leftover waves in the knee to thigh high range with our top standout spots up to stomach high on the set waves with poor to fair conditions for surfing out there. Waves will be dropping through the morning and into this afternoon, todays high air temps will push up into the mid to upper 40's with more sun then clouds. Tonight look for lows in the mid 30's with winds switching more light out of the south. Todays winds will be mainly light out of the NE and ENE with the sun setting around 7:50 p.m. Have a good day and check for Wednesdays surf update.
