This is Burton with your late afternoon No Salt Surfcast effective at 3:43 p.m March the 27th 2008. NNE winds at 19 with gusts to 27 mph with the outside air temperature at 32 degrees under cloudy Wisconsin skies with still a few snow showers. Waves are in the knee to thigh high range at most spots with the standout spots up to stomach high on the set waves with fair to poor conditions for surfing in most areas. There are a few little corners to be surfed out there at the standout spots but a little bumpy out there with a tad of east in our winds. Look for tonights low air temps to be right around the mid 20's with still some snow showers in the surfcast with moderate to strong windy conditions out of the NNE. Looking into Friday morning we will see these NNE start to tapper off through the mid morning hours with the waves winding down with the winds. We still should have some ridable surf for the early morning hours for Friday so plan your surf accordingly. Check for an early surfcast for Friday morning and have a great evening.
