Happy New Year,this is Burton with your No Salt Surfcast at 6:10 p.m December the 31st 2007. 31 degrees with light snow and the winds out of the north at 9 mph. Winds on the increase and pretty solid out of the NNW for the late evening hours and 1 plus inches is expected into the morning hours. A very solid surfcast is in store for New Years day with very strong northwest winds for outer waters and even the near shore kicking up some great surf for all of Racine County for Tuesday. Tonight low air temps in the upper teens with still periods of light to moderate snow.
