Burton here with your 3:30 p.m surf update for Racine County effective on December the 30th 2007. SSE winds at 9 mph with the outside air temperature at 32 degrees under cloudy Wisconsin skies. Waves are very poor for this afternoon with waves in the shin high range and under. Air temps for this evening hanging in the mid to low 20's with a good chance of some flurries or light snow and winds will be light out of the south. Going into Monday we will see light west winds and the highs only getting up to 30 degrees with cloudy conditions and once again another small to flat day in store. It looks like right as of now we will see a good shot of wind and waves from the NW with very colder temps on tap for the first part of the new year.
