Strong SSE winds at 22 mph with gusts to 37 and the outside air temp at 43 degrees under cloudy skies. Waves already up to waist high on the set waves for Racine beaches and building through the day. Highs will be into the low 40's for today with rain and snow showers coming into the scene for the afternoon hours. Wave heights will be up to chest high by late afternoon but a lot of wind on it for today so pick you sheltered areas to get the best results.
