Good middle of the work week, this is Burton with your Racine surf update recorded at 5:50 p.m November the 28th 2007. Southwest winds at 12 mph with gusts to 18 and the air temperature at 44 degrees under mostly cloudy skies here in Racine. West winds still moderate to strong for the overnight hours with the low air temps getting in the low 20's with clearing skies. As for the waves for Racine beaches we did have some fun waist to stomach high sets for today with a few plus set waves before things started fading into the late afternoon. Flat conditions will set in for Thursday with cold air temps on tap with the highs in the low 30's so dress accordingly . As it looks now it looks like another SE and south wind and wave event for late Saturday and early Sunday the 1st of December, other than that maybe a nice NW setting up for next Tuesday early a.m. Still a ways out but keep looking for new updates and happy surfing.
