This is Burton with your afternoon Racine County surf update recorded at 3:15p.m September the 27th 2007. Southwest winds at 8 knots with the outside air temp at 70 degrees with mainly cloudy skies. Waves still on the flat side for this afternoon and towards the evening with just light SW winds with maybe a thunderstorm and some moderate rain. Winds will switch overnight more out of the northwest going into the midnight hours with still a chance of a thunderstorm. Not much of a chance for some waves for Friday morning with light to moderate winds from the NW not producing very much at all in the wave department even for Racine standout spots. Hopefully that changes a lot from now to Friday morning, so check for a early surfcast for Friday morning and lets hope for something ridable. Thanks for checking out my surf updates. Burton
