Good Saturday morning, this is Burt with you Racine County No Salt Surfcast effective on July the 21st at 10:30am. ENE winds at 10 knots with the outside air temperature at 67 degrees under sunny skies. Waves today a lot  smaller than the last couple of days but still little ones out there with shin to knee high at the standouts. Look for moderate winds today out of the ENE and the east with a nice high pressure staying in for the next couple of days to give us great weather here in Racine but small and flat conditions for Racine beaches.
