This is Burton with your 7:30am surf update for Racine County beaches for July 19th 2007. West winds right now at 7 knots with the outside air temperature at 71 degrees under cloudy skies with some areas of fog. Well the north winds are coming but it seems that it has been downgraded a little but we will still see some fun waves after all but just not as big as exspected. Winds will start off light for this morning out of the west but then will increase more towards the noon time hour and after and the clouds will give way to some nice Wisconsin sun shine. Waves for today looking like the best time to get out in the water would be right before the sun sets with waves going up to waist high with maybe a plus set before the evening sets in at Racine stand out spots. For Friday morning look for still some fun leftovers with the best time to get out is right when the sun rises with still plus sets in the stomach high range and maybe bigger at the stand outs. I will do an afternoon report around 2pm to update everyone. Stay tunned and have a great day. See you in the water. Burton
