Good Sunday morning, this is Burt with your Sunday July the 15th surf update for Racine County recorded at 11:42am. WSW winds at 6 knots with the outside air temperature at a nice 76 degrees under partly cloudy skies. Look for winds to stay out of the southwest pretty moderate for this afternoon with flat conditions and into the evening and then increasing after midnight into the early morning hours for Monday out of the SSW. Then towards the middle part of the day for Monday look for the winds to turn all the way around out of the north and northeast and increase also to 15 to 25 knots. As this next system works its way south look for the  waves to pick up more towards the late afternoon and evening time. Waves will start off small for Monday morning maybe up to knee high but then for the afternoon and near the evening waves will be in the knee to waist high range with a few plus sets more towards  dusk at Racine beaches stand out spots. Check for early am report for Monday morning.
