Winds still out of the NNE at 13 knots with gusts to 21 with the air temp at a cool 61 degrees under sunny skies. Wave heights are still knee to waist high with still a plus set to stomach high every once in a while at the stand out spots fro Racine beaches.Look for things to fade through the morning into the afternoon.
