Good Thursday morning, this is Burton  with your Racine County surfcast effective at 6:50am June the 28th 2007. Northeast winds at 14 knots with the outside air temperature at a cool 64 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Waves building already out of the NE with pretty moderate winds blowing already and look for a increase in the wind through the morning. The bigger wave heights will be coming in the noon time hour through about 4:00 pm and then will be dropping after that. The stand out spots at Racine beaches look for waist to stomach high waves with the plus sets about chest high at the peak of the swell in the late afternoon. Check back a little later for a 12:00pm update and get out there and surf.
