Burton here with your Racine surf update for May the 23rd 2007 at 9:40pm. Winds still out of the SSW at 5 knots with a very comfortable 70 degrees.  Well nice conditions for overnight into Thursday morning with light to moderate winds out of the south.Thursday morning look for winds starting pretty light out of the south but  increasing more towards mid day for Racine beaches.  Maybe something small from the south for the afternoon and early evening at the stand out spots for Racine County.  Check for new reports as things can change.
