Good afternoon this is Burton with you Racine county surfcast for the 19th - the 23rd of February. Winds right now out of the SW at 16 with gales to 25 and the air temperature around 41 degrees. With our strong SSW winds today making for some waist high fun little ones but still no way out here in Racine with our ice build up. Look for warmer temps into the week and into next weekend  making it maybe surfable by next weekend. A little east    SE wind and swell coming for the middle to the end of the work week. So look for warmer days and hope for surf as we get into this end of the week and check back for the weekends report.
